Choose from our packages or create a personalized day. Weekdays are the best to reserve the spa for just your group. A 50% deposit is required on all group services. Additionally, due to the amount of scheduled time needed spa packages require cancellation 72 hours prior to avoid forfeiture of spa package deposit. Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates may be purchased for any of our services or products. They may also be purchased in dollar amount increments. Gift Certificates may be delivered in the West Hartford area for a small fee. We also ship world wide. If you are the recipient of a gift certificate, please bring the gift certificate with you on your scheduled appointment. Sorry, there are no cash refunds for Gift Certificates. When purchasing gift certificates under "package" pricing the recipient has one year from time of purchase to be guaranteed pricing. After one year price increases may apply to services and would be due upon completion of service.

What to Bring

We recommend that contact lens wearers bring a storage case for their lenses. For your convenience, we provide shower facilities but request that you bring your own toiletries from home (please let us know when scheduling your appointment if you wish to shower). We also provide robes, towels, body shampoo, hair dryers and slippers. We also recommend for our male clientele to have a close shave prior to facial appointments. For massage clients with long hair, something to hold up hair is helpful, but not a must. We request cell phones off during treatments.

Scheduling Appointments

The front desk does its very best in providing the client their preferred appointment time. Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend that you call us at least 72 hours so that we can meet your specific scheduling request. If you are new to Per Se Aveda Lifestyle Salonspa , we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation. Spa treatment(s) will require you to fill out personal and medical information and become acquainted with our facility. Late arrivals will reduce your treatment time. Please call (860) 570-1554 to schedule your appointment.

Confirming Appointments

As a courtesy to all our clients, the Guest Care Services will confirm your appointments 48 hours in advance. Spa services require a credit card to confirm the reservation. Due to the length of these appointments, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Two or more spa events require a 50% deposit on a credit card at time of scheduling. 24 hour cancelling needed for full refund. Within 24 hours there is a 50% cancellation fee. All packages are only available when services are performed on the same day. Spa Packages include a 20% gratuity. Parties of 4 or more are charged a 20% gratuity.

Returns

A refund will be issued only in the form of a Per Se Aveda Lifestyle Salonspa gift card for all products and services. Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Children

Remember this is your time and to ensure the highest quality of service and relaxation for everyone, guests under the age of 12 are invited to enjoy the services of our sister salon, Matthew Phillips Concept Salon. To schedule an appointment, please call (860) 523-5261

Cell Phones

For the enjoyment and respite of all please turn off your cell phones before entering the salonspa.

Security

Per Se Aveda Lifestyle Salonspa has made it a point in offering the client the utmost in amenities including individually locked lockers in Spa. However, we ask that you do not bring valuable jewelry/belongings to the spa when visiting for treatments. The establishment cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen articles.
